Topic | RUSSIA AND CENTRAL ASIA: THE HISTORY OF RELATIONSHIP |
Summary | The development of the interstate and the interregional cooperation in Central Asia during the 1992–2012 period demonstrated a firm commitment of the leadership of the region’s countries to continuous expansion of cooperation. The experience accumulated until now is rather controversial and should by no means be considered representative of the established practices — both negative and positive ones. However there is no denying that this experience was vast and informative and as such should not be ignored by the social practices. | ||
