Procedure for consideration
Consideration Procedure for:
- By submitting an article for publication, the author hereby agrees to place its full text online at the official site of the Scientific Electronic Library (www.elibrary.ru).
- Articles are accepted on a set schedule: ¹ 1 (March) — before 1 November of the previous year; Number 2 (June) — before January 1 of the current year; Number 3 (September) — before April 1 of the current year; Number 4 (December) — before July 1 of the current year.
- The Editorial Board is authorized to submit an article for additional review.
- The Editorial Board is authorized to carry out scientific and literary editing of the materials received, or send the article to the author for revision if the subject of the article is of interest for the journal.
- The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject an article that does not meet the requirements of the journal.
- The editorial board gives to author a reasoned opinion in case of article rejected.
- The editorial board provides the author a free copy of the journal containing the published article.
