Summary | The article provides a systemic description of the Asian (the Kirghiz, the Nenets, the Khanty) au-thors' writing in the Russian language approach towards the representation of animals in the pro-cess of artistic modeling of the world. The authors explained the typology of representations by the traditional status of animals in the non-Christian world views. Upscaling and expansion of the non-anthropological narrative was a cultural standard of the texts by “heathen” authors and their distinguishing traits both within and outside the Soviet civilizational experience. This was characteristic for all types of fiction genres (novelette, short story, novel). A common feature was an indication by the author of a special relation between an animal and the chosen hero, and quite often the animal itself was given a status of the elect. | ||
